Tess started working for Voss Plumbing on August 7th of 1977. (She is known as the Den Mother).

   Tess has had many roles throughout the years, from doing all the bookwork, answering phone calls, selling, buying, dispatching, stocking shelves and even cutting and threading pipe. Because of technology and the growth of Voss Plumbing, her duties have obviously changed. Today, most of her time is spent channeling all mail correspondences to the proper desks, checking and entering invoices and paying the bills in a timely manner.

   Tess also oversees the insurances and advertising. She is aided by two wonderful, reliable, fun and hard-working assistants - Tammy Kuechle and Brenda Hentges.
