Dale has been with Voss Plumbing & Heating for 32 years, the last nine as co-owner.

   He is in charge of the plumbing, heating and cooling division, which includes bidding and quoting commercial projects.

   He also oversees the testing laboratory division and manages the office personnel. Dale is also a retired First Sergeant from the Army National Guard where he served 23 years.
